RETURNS POLICY
  • ALL online orders MUST be returned to our head office no online orders can be returned in store. 
  • We do not offer refunds for change of mind, only exchange or credit note
  • We will not accept your return & will return it back to you if found to be worn, damaged, altered or washed.
  • We want you to be happy with your purchase so you are welcome to contact us to arrange online store credit or exchange if the following conditions are met:
  • Items must be in original condition with all tags attached
  • Items must not be worn, damaged, altered or washed.
  • You must email info@theblackandwhite.store prior to returning any items to receive a returns form, return address & a Return Confirmation number (RC#) within 7 days of receiving your order.
  • If you would like to exchange for a different size, please email info@theblackandwhite.store
  • Any item(s) marked final sale are not eligible for a return; exchange or store credit
  • After 7 days all sales are final
 
HOW TO RETURN
If you wish to return your item for store credit or exchange please follow the below instructions:
1. You must email info@theblackandwhite.store within 7 days of receiving your order. In your email please state your order number & why you are wanting to return your item(s). We will email you a returns form & return address.
2. Make sure your item is unworn and in original condition with tags attached
3. Package up your item securely and send it back within 7 days of receiving your Returns Confirmation Number (RC#) from us via email (for international customers, we allow up to 21 days upon receiving your RC#). 
Any costs associated with shipping will be the responsibility of the customer. The Black & White Store will not be held liable if the item is lost in transit and we therefore recommend that you send all returns by trackable, Registered Post.

HOW LONG IS STORE CREDIT VALID FOR?
Online store credit does not expire.
If you redeem a store credit with your purchase online, it is only valid for online purchases. Online store credit is only valid once. Should you return an item purchased with store credit online, you are only entitled to an exchange.

IN STORE RETURN POLICY
We do not accept refunds for change of mind, only exchange or credit note. We will provide an exchange or store credit if the following conditions are met:
  • All exchanges must be in a saleable condition, we are not responsible for any item(s) that are not returned in a saleable condition. We will not accept your return for exchange if we consider the item(s) used. 
  • After 7 days all sales are final.
  • Please retain your store credit receipt, as it cannot be replaced or reprinted.
  • If you redeem a store credit with your purchase, you can only use this once. Should you return an item you purchase using store credit, you are only entitled to an exchange.
