RETURNS
 At this stage, we do not offer refunds for change of mind for any orders on TheBlackandWhite.Store
ALL online orders MUST be returned to our head office. 
We want you to be happy with your purchase so you are welcome to contact us to arrange online store credit - if the following conditions are met:
-Items must be in original condition with all tags attached
-Items must not be worn, damaged, altered or washed.
-You must email info@theblackandwhite.store prior to returning any items to receive a returns form and return address within 3 days of receiving your order.
 
HOW TO RETURN
If you wish to return your item for store credit please follow the below instructions:
1. You must email info@theblackandwhite.store within 3 days of receiving your order. In your email please state your order number & why you are wanting to return your item(s). We will email you a returns form & return address.
2. Make sure your item is unworn and in original condition with tags attached
3. Package up your item securely and send it back within 7 days of receiving your RA# (for international customers, we allow up to 21 days upon receiving your RA#). 
Any costs associated with shipping will be the responsibility of the customer. The Black & White Store will not be held liable if the item is lost in transit and we therefore recommend that you send all returns by trackable, Registered Post.
 
PLEASE NOTE

-We will not accept your return & will return it back to you if found to be worn, damaged, altered or washed.
-If you would like to exchange for a different size, please email info@theblackandwhite.store
-All exchanges are subject to availability.
    Our team takes great care to carefully inspect each item prior to it leaving our head office. However, any item purchased from TheBlackAndWhite.Store that is deemed to be faulty may be eligible for a refund. If you believe this is the case, please email info@theblackandwhite.store within 2 days of receiving your item(s).
               
         
    HOW LONG IS STORE CREDIT VALID FOR?
    Online store credit is valid for 3 months from the date of issue. 
    If you redeem a store credit with your purchase online, it is only valid for online purchases. Online store credit is only valid once. Should you return an item purchased with store credit online, you are only entitled to an exchange.

    IN STORE RETURN POLICY
    We do not offer refunds for change of mind.
    We will provide an exchange or store credit if the following conditions are met:
    All exchanges must be in a saleable condition, we are not responsible for any item(s) that are not returned in a saleable condition. We will not accept your return for exchange if we consider the item(s) used. 
    After 7 days all sales are final.
    We do not offer exchange, store credit or refunds on sale items for change of mind. Please retain your store credit receipt, as it cannot be replaced or reprinted.
    Store credit is valid for 3 months from the date of issue.
    If you redeem a store credit with your purchase, you can only use this once. Should you return an item you purchase using store credit, you are only entitled to an exchange.
